Mary Lynn Palmer
Lifetime Bogata local, Mary Lynn Palmer graduated Rivercrest High School in 1982. She attended Nurse Practitioner School in 2003 at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, and has National Certification through NCC.
Martha Deming
Martha graduated as an RN in 1975 from Alvin Community College in Alvin, Texas. In 1994, she helped open the Community Women’s Clinic in Mount Pleasant, Texas.

Upon receiving his undergraduate degree in 1991, Dr. Mason completed his residency at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX for OBGYN. He then established his own practice and became the medical director of the Community Women’s Clinic. He is married to Melissa Mason and the two have a daughter, Abigail.
Melissa Slovak-Tucker

After graduation in 2004, Dr. Slovak went on to complete her residency at Scott & White Memorial Hospital. In order to be near her family, Dr. Slovak chose to join Northeast Texas Women’s Health PA to work with Dr. Mason. Dr. Slovak is married to her husband Michael, and the couple has two boys, Matthew and Micah.

Lifetime Bogata local, Mary Lynn Palmer graduated Rivercrest High School in 1982. She has been in the nursing field for the past 26 years, working in Labor and Delivery and Postpartum at Titus Regional Medical Center in Mt. Pleasant. She also worked in an OB/Gyn office and was a Child Birth Educator. For 9 years, she worked at the Community Women’s Clinic owned by TRMC. She also previously served surrounding communities as a Sexual
Assault Nurse Examiner, certified in both Adult and Pediatrics through the Texas Attorney General’s Office for 11 years. Mary Lynn owns and practices at Bogata Health Clinic in Bogata, Texas. Mary Lynn lives in the Bogata community with her husband Kenneth. They have 6 children and 9 grandchildren.

Martha graduated as an RN in 1975 from Alvin Community College in Alvin, Texas. In 1994, she helped open the Community Women’s Clinic in Mount Pleasant, Texas. Following that, Martha received her BSN from University of Texas in Arlington in 1995. In 1998, Martha received her Certificate of Nurse Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Kentucky. After delivering over 2,000 babies and time has passed, Martha’s focus has shifted from obstetrics to helping women achieve overall health and well being through out life. This now brings her to the Bogata Health Clinic. Martha is married to her husband, Mike. Together they have 3 children and 7 grandchildren.
